hi, my question is a simple one:

If i ask for info at any support and they send me an email, with a ticketnumber , and i reply on that mail
cause they asked more info , will the mail always arrive when i press reply after i added extra information?

You see my mail did not return an error or undeliverable so i assume it arrived, but its been over 6 hours or when i replied, and i havent got an reply back.

Could it be that the free mailhost kinda 'messup' and the reply mail wasn't send at all?
Or could it be an external delay, so maybe i have to wait another 24 hours or so?
I noticed that some newsletters also arrive later then they were send, so maybe my free mail is messing up?
Afteral it is free :D
90% of all my mail from any website is usually very slow, and arrive later then the date it was send.

Reason why i asked this is because now the recipient might think i didnt answered the mail, and maybe thinks i am a rude person, and that I am just ignoring it, but i did answer it, i replied but the mail just seems so slow...

In general, GOG support can be a bit slow at times. Give them 24 hours to reply before sending them a new e-mail.
6 hours isn't that long, really. Support is likely involved with other tickets and will get back to you in time. As Grargar said: wait a day or so and see what happens.
okay, thanks for the replies... i marked the first one as solver.
I asked this because the mail read march 28th, and since it was 2nd day of eastern i didnt check any mail cause i assumed most people might be off.

So thats why i asked, thanks again.

Their advertised response time is 48 hours if I remember correctly, which more or less beats all the other game distributors out there. They usually respond within 24 hours however unless there is a big promo on or some other event that is generating a lot of support requests.

Keep in mind that 24-48 hours means "business hours" rather than from the wall clock time that one submits the request. This usually means Monday-Friday during business hours in the timezone of Poland and excluding holidays. So if they receive a request sent after business closing in Poland on Friday, it might not get a response until sometime Tuesday, and if it is a long weekend, add another day or so depending. Having said that, they do apparently keep a small skeleton crew around on the weekends too so some support requests may get processed during the weekends also.

Just checking, is it stated anywhere that they do hv some crew ard during the wkends? I guess if they hv their priority shd be tending to tickets that require more priority such as technical issues so general enquires might still require a little more time before they reply. Anyway, 6 hrs is really too short so do give them a day or 2 to respond.
