Pretty sure they say it's irreversible. But you'll have to contact support anyhow; we can't help you.

Contact support. They'll probably unconnect it for you, specially if you didn't take any games through gog connect yet.

Nope. One GOG account, one Steam account. So it is written, so shall it be done.

Create a new GOG account and connect that to the right Steam account.

It's DRM-free anyway, so it doesn't matter which username you use to download your games.
