Playing any game with a manual makes it resize after every alt tab and it gets tiring very fast for RPGs

In the dosbox.conf file there is a line where you can set the window resolution. Do you perhaps mean you alt tab out of fullscreen mode? Because that would then show the game in a smaller windowed mode, from which you can get back to fullscreen by pressing alt+enter.

Yeah like, it's in windowed mode but you can't freely resize it with the mouse
When playing with PDFs doing that resizes every PDF window to that dosbox size

I'll check out that dosbox conf, thank you :D
