I would not trust that, if it was released with an official PC port you would see it on steam and possibly here.
There is also no good emulators for PS4 or PS5 atm so it likely is just a scam/virus.

Probably. Though i bet right now they have a temporary exclusive to PS5, although the duration is probably 6-12 months (and that won't matter much as almost no one can get a PS5 anyways)
