Do you mean the game Don’t Starve? What do you mean by change the location of game archive? Do you have the offline installer downloaded from the website? If so you can copy and paste that wherever you like. If you want to change where it installs to when run, then there is a button on screen when the exe is run that opens a new window with path to install present. If it’s something else you will need to be a bit clearer.

I'm not sure if you're asking if you can install the program somewhere else, or if you can change/export/import the save data...
