I'm 40 and they do it to me. Not your parents, mine.

Of course I still live with them so that's a whole other level of pathetic onto itself.

They also have run out of things to talk about. I think at about 60 parents just run out of things to talk about and just re-run the same topics over and over.

I do. I only get to meet my father about twice a year, due to the cost and time to travel, as we live quite far apart (I'm in Sweden, while he's been in south-east Asia for several years), and I do enjoy the weeks we have together even if we have disagreements every so often. Mom lives in the same town as I do, and visits a couple times every week.

The reply to Crosmando was mostly a joke, though perhaps a bad one.

No no, what you said it's actually quite a fact. My reply was also mostly meant for crosmando. People should never to be in a hurry to be too grown up. I mean, we all are in a gaming site after all. =)
