Trying to submit I'm hitting a wall. When it gets to the step of asking me if I installed the game via GOG Galaxy, whether I reply No or Yes, it doesn't respond - I get the three dots on infinite loop. If I refresh the page the three dots disappear but nothing else happens. If I type something in (with or without refreshing) the bot engages again, but I'm back at the start - it asks me if there's anything else it can help with.

I would normally submit a ticket regarding these issues with the bot, but uh... it seems the bot is the only route to submitting tickets these days.

So hopefully y'all are reading the forum.

• You can bypass the chatbot with a user style.
• Supposedly, you can directly e-mail support (at) gog.com though I haven't tried it myself.
• Once you've opened a support ticket, you'll likely have to wait weeks for a response. If you're having a technical issue with a game, you'd best look for help elsewhere at the same time.
• Staff rarely get involved in forum support threads. If it's an urgent matter, change your privacy settings to allow chat messages from everyone. You can then try sending a message to a staff member (denoted by blue post text on the forum).
• There's an official chatbot thread. That may be a good place to start looking for relevant staff members. There's also a link there to submit feedback about the chatbot, but that's not a way to get support.
