kai2: As a game store, you should be open to all people. If you are are going to block and ban innocent people for the acts of their governments, ALL will soon be banned...
Russian/Belarussian users aren't properly "banned" - they can still access their game libraries. They just can't purchase new items. That seems reasonable given the current situation (yes, many Russian/Belarussian citizens have been bravely protesting their dictatorial regimes - but they are far outnumbered by those who prefer to stay silent and compliant).
However anyone from Russia/Belarus with a GOG library had best ensure they have up-to-date backups of their offline installers
now because (a) GOG's policy could toughen further and (b) Internet connectivity could be reduced or removed.
kai2: If you wish to aid people, aid the innocent refugees who didn't ask for any of this. Give to the Red Cross or any of a million refugee and / or victims organizations (many working at your border tight now!).
Hopefully someone at GOG is planning a special "Help Ukraine" games bundle - that would certainly be an appropriate gesture.
