Lexor: So... you are afraid of scripts from Google on login but you are not afraid of scripts from gog-statics.com domain?
It's called "gog-statics" but it belongs to... Tencent (more info).
If you don't allow it to work in the background then you can't access your GOG profile (and any things you bought on GOG).

.Keys: Hey, you should stop invading my pc while im out. :P Just kidding.
Yeah I noticed that too. Im aware of Tencent dominating the market, unfortunately.

Thank you for the heads up about gog-statistics domain though, it will definetly help. I believe we know we can use other tools to download games from our accounts here though, so blocking gog-statistics wouldn't be a problem, I think? Whats your experience about this? (lgogdownloader, gogcli, etc)
I only download through lgogdownloader. I actually have my entire account synced, so all of my games are on a local server and I install them from there. I haven't tried blocking gog-statistics and downloading with it though. I can try that.

By blocking gog-statistics you are blocking everything related to shop items on GOG.com - even such basic functionality like browsing the games in the main shop does not work.

Yeah, but I mean, we'd only need to allow them for logins and when buying something, not when downloading through cli tools necessarily.
lgogdownloader works perfectly fine without gog-statics.com. I blocked it using PiHole, and the website completely breaks, but the command line Linux downloader still works fine.
