I am using a Chrome Book to remotely access hardware provided to me through a service called Shadow PC.

I successfully coordinated Steam and EA games on the unit provided to me for playing Jedi Fallen Order.

After downloading GOG galaxy start up package, the Windows 10 system on the Shadow PC is returning an error.

(I just tried uploading a screen shot, but the forum does not support .PNG files)

It seems I cannot install GOG Galaxy. I would like to do this so I can play games that I have already purchased.

Please Help.

GOG's CDN took a dump. While they have somewhat mitigated the issue, many games (and possibly Galaxy) installers are unavailable. The files that are not available are shifting and changing depending on time and location. Good luck.
The direct link https://content-system.gog.com/open_link/download?path=/open/galaxy/client/2.0.73.27/setup_galaxy_2.0.73.27.exe worked for me. I copied it from this thread: https://www.gog.com/forum/general_beta_gog_galaxy_2.0/gog_galaxy_20_on_shadow_cloud_pc.
