Recently my GOG Galaxy client seems to be broken. It tries to update the games with updates available, downloads the updates then fails, claiming the game is already running.
Obviously this is not the case, and it does it for every game its trying to update. Anyone had the same issue and found a fix?
I've uninstalled and reinstalled galaxy with no luck.

Same for all games sitting with updates pending. GOG thinks they are all running when it tries to apply an update.
Your best bet would be to submit this bug to our Mantis bug tracker: http://mantis.gog.com/
Please include your logs as they help our developers when troubleshooting these kind of issues :)
Galaxy's logs can be found at the following locations depending on your OS:
Windows Vista or later: C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\Logs
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\GOG.com\Galaxy\Logs
MacOSX: /Users/Shared/GOG.com/Galaxy/Logs
