Have you tried asking this question on the CD Projekt RED forums? I would think that's your best bet and all :)

Kordanor: Not yet. But aren't CD Project and CD Project RED 2 different legal instances?

I know that Streaming and monetizing for the Witcher Games are ok. But my question is regarding old games which were aquired by CD Project, namely the SSI games.
Ah sorry, I saw "CD Projekt" in the title and I missed the fact that The Witcher 3 was not mentioned at all :/ Reading comprehension: it helps!

Anyways, I am not sure myself on this issue but I'll ask :)
