Foxhack: Oooooooooooooh.

What kind of DRM does GetGames use?
Online activation. They give you a small downloader file to download the games then you either enter a serial key they give you or enter your account credentials to activate like I had to do with commandos pack. Nothing major.

Can you back up the installer files you download, and then activate them again if you want to reinstall?

(That's my biggest issue with online downloads - I don'tlike redownloading a game every time I install it!)
Mafia II - €33.49
Magic: The Gathering - €4.49

both on steam

I'm not sure as far as backing up to a flash drive or optical disc. You can definitely keep the downloaded files on your machine and install again using the web installer they give you.

Velvet Assassin is DRM free and only $3 on gamersgate. Very worth it for stealth game fans.

Another big FU to EU eh?
I think I will order it for the PS3.
In regard to the Gamersgate sale: does anyone know what Dimensity and Hazen are like? I've never even heard of them before.

Well, they both claim to be action RPGs, both from 2008, so you're looking at something Diablo-esque, then.

Hazen claims to be a Chapter I episodic content type game, and is only about 700 MiB. I consider episodic games to be a paid demo or trial, myself.

Dimensity seems to be a larger game (2.5 GiB), but it seems to be more of a HoMM (it talks about raising armies) Diablo combo. If I was going to get a game, it would probably be that one. It also does have copy protection (SecuROM), in case you seek to avoid that and hefty-ish graphical requirements (Video card/Pixel shader).

I cannot find any reviews, even on MetaCritic, so I cannot comment on Windows 7 compatibility or anything.

Hope that helps!
EA Store is doing a buy any 2 games pay 50%.

I don't know if this works with any currently active codes or with free games like Battleforge Play4Free, but it might be worth trying.

This might be UK only. You know what EA are like.

PincushionMan: Hope that helps!
Hazen's episodic nature (and notable lack of subsequent episodes) is putting me right off.
Dimensity just seems to be bland and average according to what I can find out about it.

More money saved!

I'd be happy to gift a copy if money is transferred via PayPal ...

EDIT: Or in exchange for Steam games of equivalent value.

Anyone play Droplitz? I suppose in a way I've played it since there's minigames in bioshock like that but it's not exactly the same thing.

Yes and it's rubbish. I dislike puzzle games anyway but this one is just pure chance there is no skill involved whatsoever. I actually lost a game because the random draw gave me no more moves. I can guarantee a lot of frustration.

I played the 360 version on a friend's console and thought it was crap. It's like pipe dream I guess, but slow and very boring. It just didn't have that addictive one-more-turn puzzle gameplay at all.
