I'm trying to create a GOG mix about Games without a monetary system.

So far I have this:

Children of the Nile
I play games to experience realities radically different from everyday life. So why does almost all game have to imitate our capitalistic system? Does all gaming worlds really need a buy/sell GUI? Here is a list of games which bravely avoids money!

ZafeHouse Diaries
Text-based survival roguelike where you control a group of humans in a zombie appocalypse. Loot buildings for weapons and food, build stuff, and take as much with you as you can carry.

Banished
City builder. Use manpower and natural resources to create your village.

Don't Starve
Most games inspired by Minecraft adds a monetary system, but not this awesome roguelike. Collect natural resources, build stuff and stay alive one more day!

But there must be more than 4 games without some build-in valuta, right? Any games I should add?
Maybe I'm wrong, but i've read somewhere Metro: 2033 and Metro: Last Light use bullets as currency.
Both are on sale right now.
Crazy shit! I didn't knew that.

An absolute shitload, I'd think. The vast majority of adventure games, for starters. Most single player FPS games too.
Yes, there are certain genres which seldom features money. I can't come up with a single adventure title where you can buy the obscure items you require at the local store. Mostly you just steal whatever you need.

Anyway, I'm only counting games where the developers typically would add some kind of money system, like RPG-heavy games or building sims.
What's the point of removing litteral money from the equation ? Most game do not offer any realitistic depiction of money nor have a monetary system with banks and the stuff, its just a number with a symbol.

I guess you could dish Metro, because cartridges are litteral money as much as caps are money in fallout.

Populus
Fallout has caps
Hmmm... I was thinking Odin Sphere, but you can buy/sell using two different types of currency as i recall... Although most of the time you just combine and recombine making potions and stuff from the levels...

Poe (Path of Exile) doesn't have a currency system, instead going by trading...

Hmmm this is hard...

Is all three POPULUS games currency-free?

There's lots of loot in SIR YOU ARE BEING HUNTED ... but I don't think you can buy stuff. Or can you?
QUBE

Mortal Kombat
Deadnaut doesn't have money, it has something else I just can't remember it.
Massive Chalice
Rebuild 3
Dead State (think so)
Sunless Sea has echoes... so that probably doesn't fit
This War of Mine

Tried narrowing it to games that weren't 'arcadey'.
