I looked up my games collection and tried to download the Batman Arkham games (which I bought in February 2021), and to my surprise found that they were gone! I even checked in the email containing the order number, tried to find it in my order history and it's missing from there.

I tried to reach support through the chat, but that was not helpful at all. Who can I contact to solve this problem?

Try DM the forum mods. They response faster & better sometimes

I have the opposite problem: a game that I never bought appeared in my account today—Hard West 2—except it's actually DLC and says "base game missing", except Hard West 2 doesn't have any DLC. Good work, GOG, you certainly do find new and creative ways to mess things up!

Try clearing your browser cache, if that doesn't work you can try www.gog.com/account/refresh

If you keep asking the chat to make ticket it will send email to them and they will contact you. Not the best system for sure.

As noted above, first try the refresh link while logged in a web browser.

As for support, see directions for creating a support ticket via chatbot posted by staff. If you're still having trouble, supposedly you can directly e-mail support (at) gog (dot) com

Directly messaging staff is a last resort, when your support ticket has stalled for a long time, or the matter is urgent. Don't message them without having a support ticket unless it can't be helped.
