I just downloaded Heroes of Might and Magic 3: Complete Edition and everytime I hit play it just keeps saying cloud saves synced and then nothing happens Any suggestions??

You may try running the game in a compatibility mode. To do that from galaxy, press more button (located next to play) Select Manage installation - > Show folder. Find the game executable (homm3.exe?), right click on it, select properties, go to Compatibility tab and select older version of OS.
If you are on Windows 10, could be a problem with direct play (help anyone? I'm not familiar with latest ms os..)
