What is the secret to actually contacting "Support". Please...

Scartch: Thank you for showing up, Tech Support.
I solved the communication problem by not describing it as a "technical problem". When described as a download problem I was able to get the e-mail through.
Problem:
Red Baron 3D
1. When I try to access the manual or any other item such as maps in my download section, I receive a notice: 403 FORBIDDEN
I would like to map my joystick to the keyboard assignments.
I have not been able to find the assignments or manual in the game folder.
2.The Red Baron forum suggested that in order for the joystick to behave properly, one must open the Dosbox.config file and change [joystick] to timed=false.
I have not been able to find this file in the Red Baron 3D folder.
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
