If we're the last survivors of the human race, then how are we going to get any help from Earth? Did everyone else on Earth die out, or were they all converted somehow because we (like utter morons) were all "Hey guiz lets take all these aliens back to our home planet, ignoring the outcomes of nearly every movie ever that did something similar!!"

Here's a better question: how are we going to get to an airlock in the first place? As far as I know, they didn't include one directly on the bridge.

Human certainly, unaffected I'm not so sure about. I've seen some pretty nasty things, I'm bound to have PTSD or something... How can anyone be unaffected by what's going on here?
