ScotchMonkey: True, most slots are meant to give an avg of 80% back over a certain play time.
Hmmm and some casinos like the one closest to us they rolled back the payout to a small 6%...
Try to find a lady who brings you luck.

If you have an addictive personality, be very very careful.
I'd say find a low stakes poker table. Texas Hold'em isn't that complicated and you can make it last quite a while if you play tight. Which you should anyway if you're new and don't know the other players.
Steal the towels and soap, sell them, then gamble the money . It's the most logical route .
I did the same thing. I stayed for 2 weeks in a Nevada town and I stayed in a casino.

Here's what I recommend:

- Have fun. Like you said, #YOLO. Of course, #YOLO can also mean you can lose all your money once, get a girl preggers once, get hit by a car once, etc. So keep your wits about you. But have fun, too.

- I enjoyed the penny slots. I played a penny at a time for a while and even came up a dollar for a while.

- I played some 25 cent poker machine poker.

I came with $7 for the casino and gave them just that after a few hours. I really stretched it.

In America, if there's casinos, there's probably good food. That's where they took my money. I had lots of great food. There was good sushi, good buffets and even their Panda Express was better than normal. I ate and ate well. I even had a $15 steak and paid $60 for it. :)

With as much money as you have, you could blow it in under 5 minutes or play it for a while. If you learn Blackjack well, you could make a bit of money or lose a bit (or all of it) with a few hours of playing.

Of course, there's lots of games you can play that aren't very skill-based. You'll lose in the end, but you can have fun, have a few drinks, and enjoy yourself.

I think of it like an Arcade more than a Casino. I go with some money, I spend it so long as I'm having a good time, then I go home.

But it can get addictive if you start to win. You become powerful, unstoppable and irrepressible. You see yourself as a much more inflated version of yourself. And when you ultimately get stomped, then it goes poorly. I had a friend who made over $2k on $50 of poker. He kept playing and ended up losing $200 net in the end.

Another friend of mine won $30,000 and was beaten to near death for it shortly after he left the casino. He didn't get to keep his winnings. Where there's money, there's really icky stuff. So stay away from the icky, don't be an ass, and don't make too much money. Just enjoy yourself, have a bit of fun, then go home.

This actually makes more sense than anything I said above.

THIS is why Licurg is and will forever be my favorite member of the forum.

Where exactly in GTA can you order limes? :P

Most importantly, put the limes in the coconut and drink them all up.

if they have limes in GTAV I might have to get it on PC...
But the horrible joke of mine was mostly borrowing from Fear and Loathing in LV...
Where did you get the knife? - I needed it to cut the limes... - What limes? - They didn't have any... :p

Best tip:

Take advantage of the free bar (there usually is one, they want you tipsy) and don't play any of the games. Have fun. :D
if you run up a debt at the casino don't try this..
