Ice_Mage: 1. While you're logged in a web browser, open
the account refresh link in a new tab.
2. Once the page has fully loaded, close the tab.
3. On
your library page, press
Ctrl+Shift+R to reload the page without the browser cache.
Average support response time is around 5 weeks. It's been this way for 2 years now. If the above didn't help, you can try sending a polite chat message with your support ticket number to a staff member like ponczo_. You'll need to first change
your privacy settings to allow chat messages from anyone.
I can confirm that this happen to me once and the refresh solved my problem.
