Why in hell do I need to receive 15 yes 15 emails for the same offer every time...really once is enough. Oh and as far as going to support for help I did but maybe if I spoke to an actual human it might have been sorted.

Five copies of the same email is the worst I have experienced so far.

From responses so far, it appears only some customers in Australia are being impacted. Not sure what that means, but it has to have some meaning.

Did you open a support ticket or not? You should have a confirmation e-mail if you did. See directions for opening a support ticket if you're having trouble with the chatbot.
