Lifthrasil: OK, GOG's solution to the DRM on skirmishes in Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II is now officially to update the product page to inform customers that skirmishes require Galaxy. In other words: at least some modicum of honesty, but no intent of removing that DRM.

Syphon72: GOG added offline skirmishes to Dawn of War 2 now.
Thanks for the note! Should've been caught before release if they'd done any QC, but, better than never.

I agree that It should been done on release. But I'm happy we got it now.

Last I checked, you can't even play the Steam version with offline skirmishes using Goldberg. It would not work for me. In my opinion, GOG has the best version now.

By the way sorry for not posting the link.

Thank you! That is good news. I'll update the list.

... wow.
Not that it's any surprise, CDP's games led every step of the way in dismantling the ever fewer remaining pieces of GOG's pillars.

Once I finish picking my jaw up off the floor...

What buffoonery is happening in the boss's rooms over there at CDPR? Make a good title, title gets spread and bought. It's that simple. You don't need bullshit like this! Someone needs some serious firing over there. A lot of someones since these not only get suggested and approved but coded and...

This is a new low. But sadly, it fits CDPRs "FCK DRM-FREE" campaign.

Added it to the list. Thanks for reporting this!

So shame just flat out isn't a thing anymore.
I'd say I'd buy here again if CDPR was removed from the store, but who am I kidding, this place is hopeless.

Yes. Unfortunately I can't buy any less than nothing here. And CDPR owns GOG. So whatever good intentions GOG may have had initially have long been abolished in favour of 'trusted partners' and 'we can pretend it's nor really DRM if we don't call it DRM'.

As one youtube reviewer put it all the way back in 2021:

"Cyberpunk is all one giant performance piece. This soulless and not very cyberpunk game fueled by greed is in itself the critque of capitalism. The real dystopia was us all along. Brilliant. 10 out of 10."

And with every move like this CDPR makes, it's still as relevant as when they first released it.

Prime Gaming has a promo code for Cyberpunk 2077 for a Chesapeake SMG weapon so you need a Prime Gaming account for the code.

Update: See SCPM's post below on how to redeem it.

Thanks again SCPM.

The code also can not be redeemed on GOG so it is only available for Steam and Epic Game Store versions of the game.
The code is not redeemed via GOG but through the Cyberpunk redeem site, which requires a GOG account:
https://www.cyberpunk.net/redeem
Then add Baldur's Gate 3 as well. It had Twitch drops too.

Thanks for the information, GOG wasn't mentioned so I just assumed it was the redeem Code option. Does this mean though that it needs to be downloaded via Galaxy Client?

I don't know, I don't have Phantom Liberty, or a computer good enough to even run Cyberpunk yet.
