I've just tried to get Super Street Fighter 2 TURBO game working to relive my youth but I've also just found that under Windows 10 I don't get any move keyboard input in DosBox (all 3x Punch and all 3x Kick). The arrows (Up, Down, Left, Right) works perfectly.

How to solve this problem?

Dosbox works just the same under Windows 10 as on other operating systems.
I can't immagine that if you start Dosbox you can't type commands.

Try changing the cycle for more accurate input and also try Dosbox Staging, it's a new implementation.

Try DOSBox Mapper (CTRL-F1) and see if you can reconfigure controls (aren't they something weird like):-

W A S D - Move
T Y U - Punch
G H J - Kick
