I'm reloading DOS II fresh on my new laptop. I'm downloading the offline files and I'm finding that the 6th file link really points to the 5th file and the 13th file link actually points to the 12th file. So, when I'm done downloading them all I have 2 copies of 5 and 12 and no copy of 6 and 13. I've tried several times. How can I get files 6 and 13?

I submitted a ticket 3 weeks ago and have heard NOTHING. I'd rather not use any kind of automated installer (Galaxy?)

Has anyone had this problem? If so, how do I get support??

It is normal that the first file is called setup_divinity_original_sin_2_3.6.69.4648_(40474).exe and the subsequent files are labeled setup_divinity_original_sin_2_3.6.69.4648_(40474)-1.bin, -2.bin so on up to file 13 which is actually -12.bin and the last file. Just pay attention which of the parts you already downloaded and think (Part 2 of 13) is -1.bin (Part 7 of 13) is -6.bin so on so forth. It shouldn't matter whether you downloaded one and the same file twice since it is stored with a (1) or (2) The installer ignores them and only throws a warning if a file is missing and which one.

The above applies to any game with more than one file and it is normal.

I presume this is Divinity Original Sin 2?

I tried downloading the installer files 5, 6, 12 and 13, and at least they are named differently to each other, and 13, being the last file, is smaller than the other files (including 12).

So I can't reproduce the problem. Are you using a browser or Galaxy to try to download the offline backup installer files? If browser, can you try another browser?

See the attached picture where I am downloading them.

Thank you! I guess I just wasn't paying attention close enough. I clicked part 7 download and sure enough it was bin-6..
