I tried to buy some games from the weekend sale, Paypal sent the money, but it failed on GOG's end or got stuck somehow, so they have my money, and no games.
I'd like to get it resolved before the sale ends so I can finish or rebuy the games on sale. However, I see some comments in the forum about weeklong response times.

Does anyone know if they are even in the office working support tickets on the weekends? If not I might just pay again for the games and hope they reverse my Paypal money I sent last time.
To my knowledge, Support does not work on the weekend.

Ok, so what I did was just order the game again and it worked the 2nd time.
Since they kept my mony from first failed time I le
t them know about it in reply to support automated email and that I bought it again, so just send back the money from the first time. I also marked it on Paypal that first time didn't go through but GOG system kept the money.

So hopefully that is correct and first order's money gets reversed back to my Paypal. I got my order and paid again fine the 2nd time.
A returned payment could take 2-3 business days to reverse depending on certain factors.
Firek once mentioned that support did work during weekends, but with a more limited staff. Realistically speaking, though, I don't think you'll get an answer before tomorrow.

If they had the money the only reason you should do that is if you wanted to download the game RIGHT NOW. Honestly once they see the ticket that the payment had issues they would make sure the game got added to your library and promptly notify you...

Or that's what i think should happen and i've heard what happens. Multiple payments for the same order always get messy as far as i can figure it out.
