Ice_Mage: The discount expired 5 days ago, but the homepage still lists it as "Now on sale".

ElTerprise: The discount appears when you put them in the cart.
I can see the discount listed on this item webpage.

vv221: My antispam does not let GOG advertisement reach me, so I only know about the public discounts applied store-wide ;)
Well I don't really see those emails as spam. They are a lot better than those from many other stores, and I've certainly grabbed some great discounts via them. Some are admittedly titled very badly, and sometimes get you excited over nothing, and it used to really annoy me on occasion, but now I just roll my eyes and ignore the silliness.

The emails, except on occasion for the special discount ones, are all about entries on my Wishlist anyway, so at least they are properly targeted, unlike from Amazon for instance, where they tell you about items they think you will like ... even those without discounts ... now that is spam.

Didn't show for me earlier, but it does now

Timboli: Well I don't really see those emails as spam.
I started training my antispam to nuke them when GOG decided to sneakily include a subscription to their e-mail advertisements when you accept a free game offer. Before that it was easy enough not to subscribe to their marketing.

If "spam" stands for "unwanted e-mails", GOG marketing e-mails are spam.

vv221: You should not trust what is written on the store pages, these descriptions have probably never been updated ;)

I only bought Galaxy Edition Upgrade Pack, never the Complete Soundtrack DLC. But I have access to the full soundtrack from my GOG library, including the tracks added with the expansions.

As far as I can tell, buying either Galaxy Edition or Galaxy Edition Upgrade Pack automatically adds Complete Soundtrack to one’s GOG library.
Further to my previous reply to this.

I've just bought the Galaxy Edition Upgrade Pack as it was on sale for $4.69 AUD.

And yes you get a very large Soundtrack zip file (2.38 Gb), in Extras.
You also get a Soundtrack EXE and BIN file (2.36 Gb) and a Linux variant of that, both in the DLC section.
Not sure if they are the same thing, but the installer version maybe installs into the game itself?

You also get a novel zip file in Extras, and an Infinite Frontiers ebook in the DLC section.
Similar duplicate with this maybe, though quite why you would install an ebook into the game I don't know?

Or maybe the EXE versions are some kind of Viewer (player).

Then there is the Artbook and Wallpaper in Extras, and the Arachnoid Portrait Pack in the DLC section (Linux version as well).

Now it seems I have the complete lot of Stellaris goodies currently available at GOG.

EDIT
ZIP file OST content.
59 MP3 tracks.
55 FLAC tracks. (no flac version for the Ancient Relics OST)
3 OGG tracks. (Nemesis OST extra format)
3 WAV tracks. (Nemesis OST extra format)

And the web page for just the Complete Soundtrack, now says 'Buy as a gift' for me.

Last day to grab these bundles at a low price .
Do these packs just not exist anymore? Clicking on the links just brings you to the search page. The starter pack seems to work but nothing else.
low rated
Stop necro...

I think they were created just for this sale.

How is the month old post a necro lol?
It was a relevant question and there is no need to create another topic just for that.

I'd honestly love to play this game, but I'm not doing it as long as half of the content (maybe more) is locked behind an insanely high paywall.
So far, Paradox's DLC habits made me skip all of their games.

I'm not forking over THAT kind of sum for any videogame, period, let alone for content scraps.

The links are still in the game's store page too. It's a shame. I'd like to se it on sale again, once I clear out some backlog.

Fortunately you can always play older generations of their games which had normal publishing policy and most of them has modding community. Unfortunately there is no Stellaris equivalent.
