paladin181: If you do this, get ready for a LOT of the same game over and over again.
There is a recipe for Gothic 2 to play it differently than other parts of the series, eat black ore to enter the flow, eat snapper weed or drink speed potion to focus flow on faster movement, and turn to dragon snapper or fire lizard. The consequences of this change the game experience drastically as it becomes a monster simulator. If you like orcs to become friendly in Gothic 1 and nod to you don't attack'em just evade their attacks and talk to their shaman straightforward (and press inventory)... that move gives a deal with orcs comparable to ulu Mulu or G3. and then Risen can be played as a Mage with twohanded staff training in the monastery and feel like playing classic G2 and then G3 orcs and Risen 2 pirates, truly similar gameplay yet different themes.

Though with GOG's recent glitch (owned games aren't shown anymore) I don't want to point fingers at that detail.
However - his account is freshly created (this month), so...

foad01: You are correct with your observation. They registered just to post in a now deleted thread to insult another user. It's a sock puppet account.
There was also another new account with an eerily similar name in said thread.

Also there are side games to Gothic 3 and a free mod that appears to be a different game

This is a known problem for two weeks now. The number of games does not show on the account page.

This thread has certainly been informative for me. I played and enjoyed Risen 2 because I came across it for cheap right when I wanted a pirate themed game and tried Risen 3 but couldn't get into it. I had no idea that family of games was so large, I might need to check a few more out.

Most of us know that there's a recent bug (as stated in paladin181 post) where purchasing or even just claiming a game on GOG will cause your account profile page to say that you own 0 games. If you're using offline installers, game activity will not be displayed to your profile page either (which is fine) plus the games section of your profile won't display any games even if it isn't hidden.

I secretly own 192 games on GOG.
