Been checking out my insomnia pile. Hyperdimension Neptunia has left me torn between hate and love :)
Made the mistake of trying the Japanese voice-over. The intro for new game was all, "ninonini nononini ooh nandeskaaa..." or something on those lines. But the game itself might be good..

It's no mistake, the english dub is incredibly awful.

Oh boy...yeah, I tend to avoid the Japanese voices, especially when the characters are female. 9 times out of 10, you're going to get high-pitched crap that's just annoying.

Yeah... I get the feeling it's kind of a parody but it doesn't help much.
I think you can use Japanese language in a good way too, but this is not necessary it ;)
