I am very confused about how to claim my rewards in cyberpunk. I have a physical copy of the Xbox version. it said to go to this site but at this point, I have no idea what to do

You need to download the GOG Galaxy 2.0 launcher. It's kind of like Steam. Of course, you need to have a PC with Windows OS to do so. You can see it at the bottom of the page, there i a large purple button "download GOG Galaxy for Windows"

Then, you will be able to link your account with your Xbox account, and receive the bonuses.

Oh, you have a physical version? I don't know whether GOG will accept that but you can try.
