It's really weird that this happen, it's the first case I hear of somebody that lost the game after they purchase it on a legal store, this often happen with game purchase on shady grey market site. No second hand. But pls read all messages before writing nonsense things.
Now, let's try to solve the problem, do you have a recipt on you orders and settings tab (https://www.gog.com/en/account/settings/orders) there it should appear your history. If doesn't appear, then check your mail, as a first party code you should have recived a mail with the ticket.
If that's neither the case, then you should contact the blues. I already send this tread to somebody to see if can do something.

GOG says you own one game. You've insinuated that you only have this account for this one game, and your profile says you own exactly one game. Hence your game is still in your library. You don't need step 2 anymore. Skip to step 5.No second hand. But pls read all messages before writing nonsense things.

We need to get a few things clear.
You bought the game on disc for the PC.
1. Did you register (redeem) the game online with a GOG account at the time? Your wording makes this unclear.
This would have required you either already had a GOG account or created one.
It would have also required the input of the code that came with your boxed version, to register (redeem) it.
If so, then the game should have appeared at that time in your GOG library.
It is also likely you would have received an email confirmation of this.
NOTE - You can only register (redeem) the game once. So if you did it back when you bought it, you cannot do so again.
2. Are you using the same email address now, as you did back then?
3. Did you ever give the Redeem code to anyone else?

Ok, one final attempt.
When you go to your "Orders & Settings", under "Orders History"...you should see Cyberpunk 2077 listed.
It should look somewhat like my attachment.
Apart from that, you should have an email saved in your email account (you save your GOG receipts, don't you?) from GOG confirming the addition of an item to your account.
("(free) items added to your GOG.com library" is the exact wording, I believe)
If your statements so far are correct (bought the game as retail in a brick and mortar store, redeemed the key in 2020 already, downloaded and installed the game successfully in the past, etc) you should be able to clear stuff with GOG support easily - simply add the receipts mentioned before (as screenshots/copy-pastings) to your message to the support team.
We here, as fellow customers, are at the end of our possibilities to help you.

1: I redeem my code in browser. Yes i bought the game on disc. Legal store etc. You bought the game on disc for the PC.

I download without GOG Client, But after dowload the client because very bugging the offline install.
Sorry but i cant remember that 2 year ago, have appeared GOG library. But i think, this game add my library like a "Other game".

2: I have 2 email address. Checked, but 1 registered and a 1 unregistred in GOG. I think that's not the problem.

I don't know how many more times I have to write that I'm writing here because I don't have the game in my library. It's no use writing it down 100 times. I'm not far from that yet. I'm not stupid. But we can't help you here.
You say you only have this one account, you say with this very account, you redeemed your valid code, it got accepted, you installed the game...and now it's gone - without a single trace.
GOG support is where you want to take your problem.
We tried our best - you don't appreciate that.

As chance would have it, I contacted GOG support 11 days ago (over the above link).
Got a confirmation email the very next day, that my request for help was received.
Today my request got fulfilled.
Had no problem adding a screenshot to my request.
