The only account I can't link is to my Playstation account. It keeps saying it's timing out. Every other platform I can connect to. The biggest reason I want it connected is because I own The Witcher 3 and want my free PC copy since I just got into PC gaming with my first PC build recently. But of course that's the one platform I can't connect to. Anyone else have that issue before? I guess just try again later?

I found the solution. Go to this forum page and you'll see on the last page (21) a long message with the instructions.
