swatkat: I'm in for Outland. Great looking game.
Big thanks to bler144 !
Hi swat, to enter you have to at minimum also answer #1:

1) Either
A) Talk briefly about something you are thankful for in your own life, and/or
B) Say something nice / express thanks for another GoG forum member

2/3 are purely for bonus entries, but #1 is necessary. Sorry if that wasn't clear. You may edit your post or add another.

Green_Hilltop: Not in, but the topic title drew me in - can you tell me more about Canadian thanksgiving? How do you personally celebrate it, is it in any way different from the usual celebrations? :) +1 for the giveaway!
I'm actually American, I've just spent a lot of time in Canada and currently work with quite a few Canadians. The GA theme was a conjunction of the theme I was thinking of (gratitude for life/others) and the coincidence of the holiday coming up.

I guess I personally celebrate every few years by going to a potluck hosted by people for whom it is an actual holiday. ;)

Not in but Toronto just gave up the tying run.

Not looking too good here.

At least the Leafs will be good this year.

Or at least, you know, by 2017.

Yeah, they will be great soon enough, but you can't turn that mess around over night. :D
I'm in for game Outland

A) I am thankful for coming across gog forums and the website itself. I have a hard time remembering how I came across gog but it does not matter anymore.

There have been many wonderful threads with plenty of insightful and knowledgeable people in it.

The gamergate thread, the european immigration thread by tstael, windows 10 thread among many others have contributed to expanding my knowledge. Coming to gog forum is my daily routine.

And thanks to tineE for being funny.

Insulin was invented here in Canada. So if you are Diabetic but want to live longer, thank Canada for that. A lot of people I know do.

I'm in for Kromaia, I really love arcade shooters and this game looks like a whole lot of fun to try out

+1 to you bler144 for this awesome giveaway!

And let's see, I'm really grateful to fellow gog user leon30, he was willing to help me out on getting a game that I was about ready to forget about getting for a kind of backwards trade , but I really appreciated the gesture he showed in wanting to help me get it. This is a great community, and the topics here have been a blast to read. Reading topics like star wars vs star trek made me go back and watch some of my favorite episodes of star trek and watch the star wars original trilogy, stuff I haven't done in years. It's been pretty awesome just to spend time here.

Oh, for the participation in the public wishlist thread, I added my post here

And about Canada, you know what, I'm actually a fan of their national anthem. It's got that regal pitch to it, you know when you hear it, you should be seeing a king or queen walking down to greet the masses.

very highly doubt that, but the 50 million dollar coaching will go to shit for sure

Possible. Though they probably need at least a year to fix the roster before the coaching matters much either way. Seems like an investment in the future, but agreed it's a spendy asset to bank.

The initial loss to the Habs was forgiveable - some screw-ups but they had a chance to pull that one out - but the 4-0 loss to Detroit tonight isn't a good sign.

actually its more on the line that when they play for leafs, they can play shit and fans will still love them and pay to watch their shit games, hell even if the whole black hawks team is bought to toronto they will play the same as leafs, this team is like lay back, get paid and enjoy

Not in. +1

bler144:
Not in as I own most of those games already from bundles also, but +1 for the giveaway and Canadian Thanksgiving eh! :)

I'll complete the other requests just for fun though...

1A) I've just recently dug myself out of a bit of a slump being buried in a mountain of "stuff" thanks to David Allen's book "Getting Things Done" and the methodology he teaches. I've been utilizing GTD techniques lately towards vastly improved productivity and greatly reduced anxiety/stress so I'm quite happy about that.

1B) Many thanks to huN73R for the surprise gift in my inbox today of a game from my GOG wishlist.

2) https://www.gog.com/forum/general/the_directory_of_public_wishlists/post75

3) Canada is awesome and have some of the best people in the world, they're so friendly! Just look at that skeletonbow guy eh! :)
