This sounds lame compared to other people's posts, but one of my proudest gaming moments was beating the final stage in Ring Fit. For those who don't know, Ring Fit is an exercise game for the Nintendo switch and the difficulty scales with your physical progression as you play. So beating the final boss felt like I had really finally stuck with an exercise program! I also lost 20+ pounds as a result of the exercise and diet so I am/was very proud of sticking to it.
My proudest gaming moment is completing every level in Super Mario World on the SNES without entering the switch palaces.
Getting the hidden keys without having the yellow, red or greeen switches required some nifty cape work.
I have a few gaming moments that would be at the top of my list. Defeating Culex in Super Mario RPG, or defeating the Ruby and Emerald Weapons in FF7.
When I kill all monsters of Dark Souls 3
My favorite gaming moment was when I got to claim all of these incredible games GOG gives away I love you GOG!
My proudest gaming moment wasn't actually a victory I had, it was my son's. I have been playing puzzle/logic games for most of my life, and I would consider myself to be pretty good at them, but I was legitimately schooled by my 6 year old son on Tumblestones.

That's not lame at all, it's really awesome
Beating Dragon Quest IX after 3 years of playing it. I remember literally screaming from joy that I had finally beat the game. It still remains one of my most prized games to this day for the many hours of joy it brought me.
My proudest one was when i finished grand theft auto 4 with the drunk mode on.
My proudest gaming moment was when I bought and owned my first console - Dreamcast with my own money from the bursary award for good academic result as a student and played Sonic Adventure in its first true 3D outing. It has made me a Sega and Sonic fan ever since and also taught me an important lesson of delayed self-gratification in life - study/work hard, play hard.

At the top of my head, I can only think of when I had every car (exept DLC), in every spec, maxed out in The Crew without spending a dime other than when I bought the game.
My proudest gaming moment was finishing Castlevania in the NES. It was a full moon night. I had been playing for a couple hours, didn't notice it was dark already, and my mom took the curtains to clean that specific day. So I stand up there in triumph, having finally completed the game, and noticed that only the moonlight was actually lighting my Livingroom. I could not have found myself in a more suitable atmosphere! Those gaming moments have no price :)
My proudest gaming moment was getting hitman absolution for free then 100% it and than practicing speed running it to beat my pr i now love the hitman games
My proudest gaming momemnt was when I held back the tears then I got the bad ending in the Witcher 3. The feeling of dread when Ciri died and then having to go and get back her medallion from the crone was really really heart-wrenching!
The proudest moment I ever had in a game was in Just Cause 4, when I put a gas balloon on a car and attached it to a whole city with civilans and they all were floating in the sky
