Process seems to work excluding have to solve CAPTCHA nine times during the process and those CAPTCHA puzzles loading more slowly than they used to (slow load might be related to something else, cannot ascertain that as an end user).

I appricate the ability to redeem codes from within Galaxy, though I do wish that Google with the ever growing record of data privacy and security abuses of individuals across the globe (or at least across the internet) weren't a part of this process.
Seeing as there's a new newsletter out, and I still can't use the "improved" redeem page, I sent in a support ticket asking them to provide the old as an alternative, or fix the new one for Pale Moon.
Or I'm unsubscribing.
REDEEM is not working properly for the latest Exclusive Discount Email.

When I deselect Wasteland 2 Director's Cut Digital Deluxe Edition the Wasteland 2 Director's Cut Digital Deluxe Edition Upgrade becomes unavailable, which makes no sense ... it should be the reverse.

When you select either of them, the other should become unavailable.

I have Wasteland 2 Director's Cut, and outside of the Redeem page, I can add Wasteland 2 Director's Cut Digital Deluxe Edition Upgrade to my cart and purchase it, so I am eligible for it.

I want to grab Remastered Wasteland as well, but until this error gets fixed I am stymied ... stalemated.

PLEASE HURRY GOG time is running out!

did they remove recaptcha? i got it in the public code yesterday but a friend said he didn't get with the newsletter discount today

Not they didn't. You don't necessarily get the captcha every single time, so the fact that your friend didn't get one doesn't mean much. It depends on one's history and on google's algorithm. I got it with both the newsletter and the public code.

If GOG doesn't fix it promptly, I have a solution for you.

Ensure everything is selected and then press redeem. You don't get charged at this point.

The next screen is the standard checkout screen. At this point you can remove the Wasteland 2 Director's Cut Digital Deluxe Edition from your basket and complete the checkout with the remaining item or items you want.

I stopped here, but at this point I expect you will be able to pay and complete the transaction normally.

I can also confirm this works. E-mail from Support states this is a known issue and this is the method they recommend.

I submitted a request 2 days ago as well. Because I'm also unable to use the page anymore after they changed it. And as a result, I missed the historical high discounts of Wasteland 2 Deluxe Edition. I urged them to fix this problem ASAP, but not a single letter about it from GOG until now except for an automated message. Kinda miss the previous version of the redeem page, I mean at least I could complete the payment without any issues on it.

I sent an email to the inquiry email rather than dealing with the support desk which appears to be staffed by houseplants. I'll see if that gets any traction compared.

(I called their staffing practices a work of lunacy; seeing as they're trying to hire a CS temp with the same MOVE TO POLAND requirement as every other job.)
