CARRiON-XCII: Fun fact about Hatred: My S/O was a key tester for that game (Name is in the credits and on the side of a building in-game as an easter egg) but the dev was so unresponsive and uncaring about his (and other tester's) feedback that he ended up having a massive fallout involving the Hatred forums being nuked.
tinyE: I do own it and one day I might play it all the way through. My only problem with the game was how monotonous it gets.
It's a somewhat buggy mess that gets more boring the more you play. Later levels feel like a drag (military base and power plant) and are a lot less open like the neighborhood level and city level. Also the cringy killer's dialogue that I can't tell if it was supposed to be serious but lost in translation (because Polish dev) or a tongue in cheek representation of dark and brooding metal heads or some shit.
I actually ended up enjoying Postal Redux slightly more.
As for this game, it looks fun and creative. It makes me wish someone would remake Smash TV. I love a good top down shooter.
