You can't hold individual companies and the Russian people in general at fault for what their megalomaniac dictator does.
Putin's opposition is silenced with violence and murder, making it difficult for a serious groundswell to oust him.
It's no different than the German people under Hitler and the Nazis.

Perhaps when enough Russian soldiers arrive home in body bags, the Russian people will then take action.

That kinda reminds me of the sketch where a guy accidentally bumps into another guy's girlfriend on the street, and the other guy retaliates by hitting the first guy's girlfriend.
