The fact that I can download the files of a game and store them in a CD, DVD or an external drive (for games bigger than 8,5 GB) and play them whenever and wherever I want (in another PC, or, most importantly, without depending on having an internet connection), is the only thing that matters to me. So this is sufficient for me, in this aspect, to say that yes I own the games.
