Get ready – because if you pre-purchased the sequel to award-winning post-apocalyptic hit, Frostpunk 2 - Deluxe Edition, you can now play your 72h Advanced Access!

In Frostpunk 2, players are once again tasked with playing as the leader of a resource-hungry metropolis where the expansion and search for new sources of power is an unavoidable reality.

But the apocalyptic world has moved on. After the age of coal, conquering Frostland for the oil extraction industry is expected to be the new salvation of what’s left of humanity. However, change does not come easily, and not everyone in this new multi-layered society will welcome this new direction…

And with the pre-order of Frostpunk 2 - Deluxe Edition, you can try it out now!

Instructions for Advanced Access can be found HERE.

That’s not the end of the good news, though… Because GOG and 11bit studios prepared a special kind of treat for you. Buy Frostpunk 2 or its Deluxe Edition by September 23rd, 2024, and Anomaly Warzone Earth will be automatically added to your library!

Anomaly Warzone Earth will appear in your library within 24 hours of purchasing Frostpunk.

Remember… The city must not fall!
Even dirtied/aged up the GoG logo for the occasion:

Not buying the game, pre-ordering or whatever this is, but... WTF is this bulshit?! 72h access that requires a third party software. This here is textbook DRM! Seriously what the heck GoG?!

Humbly suggesting
"No Tears"
as a subtitle. Inspired by banner art (the art of the month for me, so thank you).

I guess they found a "it doesn't need to be DRM-free before it's officialy released" loophole. And here I thought the "advanced access" was stupid already.

I own the game, offline installers are already present, so you do not need a Galaxy to play it.

Okay... so what does the huge "THE GAME WILL BA AVAILABLE FOR FULL DOWNLOAD IN 2 DAYS 22 HOURS" thing mean, if you can download it already?
I think that´s the system they have in place for every unpublished game with known release date in not so distant future and it will be there until it will be available for everybody - this is also historically first time I see something available to only certain players and maybe having that counter disabled would be too much work, so they decided to keep it in.

Tarhiel must have lucked out, because here on my end it still looks like this:

I've been playing it for almost 4 hours this evening, couldn't stop. During this time I only completed prologue and 1st chapter... It's challenging, as Frostpunk should be. The decision tree looks much more complex and each action has consequences. I can't wait to play it again tomorrow!
high rated
"with a special surprise!"

Updating the gog version of Frostpunk 1 that's been out of date in regards to bug fixes, etc since 2021 would be a special surprise.
That's some kind of promo, when that entire Anomaly series is almost permanently up for grabs for pennies, lol.
