at a time, i have to enter an code (ship ref) in a terminal
but my keyboard which is working perfectly doesn't in the game only with some key

i'm stuck because, i can't type '4' and '6' with my keyboard in the game !! and I need a '6' !!

i'm on a azerty keyboard on mac os x 10.8

Not sure since I haven't played this for a while, so sorry if this sounds vague/dodgy, but isn't it possible to use the mouse for everything? For the info terminals I know you can just click on text in an entry you have open to "type" that in. For the ship ref I think you can stick the photo in maybe?

If that doesn't work, have you tried turning Numlock on/off? Used the keypad and main keyboard numbers?

Lastly, if all else fails, maybe temporarily switch to a US keyboard layout just for this game? I'd recommend Autohotkey (which allows you to remap any key via scripts) but not sure if that would fix it, and besides it might only be a Windows program...

Actually, I have passed through this sequence by switching my keyboard mapping tu US. I couldn't find another way to do it but it worked

Huh, strange that they wouldn't allow the use of the numpad (assuming you're using a PC with a numpad that is). Could it have something to do with the fact that SHIFT and CAPSLOCK work differently on those keyboards?

Of course that's just speculation - my knowledge of these keyboards is limited and I've never used one. Also wouldn't completely explain why it works everywhere else, except it's possible that AGS (which the game was built with) doesn't take other keyboard layouts into account...
