Whilst it's a shame it's not present with the game, the soundtrack is freely downloadable Here.

Ooh, I had two of the songs from the Gabriel Knight Mystery Pack* but I didn't know the entire soundtrack of my favorite adventure game was available on the net. Thanks! :)
