Game won't load at all. At first I got the error message that others posted, the d3dcomplier_47. I went thru and updated everything and rebooted. Now when I try to open the game I don't get the error but nothing happens. I have tried running as admin and got the same result. Getting a little salty about this....

Have you tried to run game exe file as administrator?

Also, https://www.microsoft.com/net/download/dotnet-framework-runtime states that latest version is 4.7.1 - maybe it's worth to update?

Well then I'm sorry, you probably need to wait for some game owner or dev response. :(
I don't have this game so all my current knowledge is based on posts of the others.

Win10 Pro 64

Everytime I try to start the game, it shows me a black screen 2 times, then goes back to library. Interestingly, everytime the Frostpunk.exe disappears from the game folder. After every try I have to repair the game to download the missing file(s) again.

Guess I'll have to wait for some updates/fixes for now.
