I'm at the stage in the Fighter quest where I need to find Hector Sams, who I'm supposed to find next door to the stables. I cant seem to trigger en encounter with him, whether I walk through neighboring houses, or wait for him outside in the area. Can anyone help me out and tell me how to find him?
