i just bought the game and have downloaded it, but it says on galaxy that the installation has failed. i've tried to verify/repair it and uninstall it, but it does nothing. any help is appreciated please!

EDIT: i have galaxy on my taskbar. whenever i click on it, it opens a duplicate window. could this have something to do with the installation failing?
