Couple of annoyances I notice early in the game. Thought I'd mention them in case someone can tell me if they can be avoided or not (in case I am missing something)...

* Can't re-lock the caches (it's an RP-thing; they're all nicely locked up, UNTIL I get to them, then they are unlocked the rest of the game? Why were they locked again?)

* Almost everything I pick up, I cannot put down without "throwing" it down. Nice picture on the desk? Let me look closer... Okay - now I'll just unceremoniously throw it down to the floor or even the desk. What's that in the lockbox? Pick it up - then just "throw" it and hope to get it back into the lockbox (which I then cannot re-lock). After awhile, the place looks no different than if someone came in and trashed the place ( ahem ).

Is it me (that needs to learn how to "put things down or away" properly)? Or, details overlooked by developer?
You can actually put thing down nicely, but only on the exact same spot as it stood before.

Yes, that's why I said 'almost' :)

But not everything even has that - books for instance. And the not re-locking things is a big oversight in my eyes.

Still, it's not a major work and so a certain amount of this is to be expected, I suppose. It had a story to tell, and it told it in an engaging way, overall. The environment and the views are nice.

Now that I've completed the story playthrough, I do look forward to a, ahem, less 'emo' chance to wander around and enjoy the sights.
Ha! Yes, not only does the cache remain unlocked, but a perfectly good padlock gets lost in the foliage on the ground. There are many books in this game, but nothing can be done with them. Just seems like a missed opportunity for at least a trophy or some side content. E.g. book collection. Or maybe all those books inside the Two Points lookout tower are from those caches? I never checked...
Agree completely; it would've been cool to have some achievements like, grab every beer can, book, etc... in the game
