Just fired this up and I am experiencing very bad stuttering. The sound is fine, but the framerate is very very low. Can barely move the mouse, and opening a menu renders the menus inoperable (mouse will not even move). I'm running an RX480 with 8G RAM, an i7 6700, and 16G RAM. I've tried tweaking some graphics settings in the ATI settings.

Any help with this would be much appreciated.
