KINDLY DISREGARD THIS POST!

The issue was resolved with a simple computer reboot. The game now plays fine and the issue is gone though I think a frame limit option is a good idea overall. I wanted to delete this post, but I am apparently not able to,

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello.
I just started playing the game and the speed felt a little uneven and at first I thought there might be low fps, but turning on the FPS counter in the Gog overlay it showed 999 fps and never changed.

I am wondering if the computer trying to constantly render 999 fps is causing occasional slow-down and would like to know if there is a way to limit the framerate so the computer doesn't try to render so many unnecessary frames? I would love to know if it is possible and to see if that is causing my issue,

The game seems rather good otherwise.

Thank you beforehand.

Hi KrisViking. Yeah, for some reason, Gog Galaxy Client shows 999 on the fps meter. This issue is only related to Gog Galaxy Client, and it doesn't affect the game itself. The Game already controls his own framerate limit. So, in case this leads to any problem, just let me know. However, due Gog Galaxy Client code is injected in the game when you run it from Galaxy... (in case you experiment any real issue,) you can try running it directly from game's executable instead.

I apologize; I didn't manage to post in time, but the issue was resolved with a computer reboot. The framerate is now not seemingly stuck on 999 and Gog's overlay now shows actual framerate and the game runs smoothly.

Thank you for your swift reply.
