SexyWayne: I have one of those Retro-Bit USB Megadrive pads, if you hold the start button for about 5 seconds, the controller will switch to X-Input and Windows will see it as an XBOX controller.
It will then work perfectly with the game, I just tried it..

MAJIMA_FEGGU: Hi everyone,I have a little problem with my megadrive controller by retro-bit(clearly the USB edtion),the controller works fine with different games(that have the remapping),but with this one,when I remapping or select the character,the selection go always on left,like as if I keep pressed the left of D-pad.

Can you tell me what's the in-game device name?
In case you want to disable it (for use with external programs like Joy2Key or Xpadder for example), you can create an empty file named "disable_all_joysticks" (without extention) in the game folder, in order to disable joystick detection and remap it as keys with an external program.
