My game just went into window mode, can't get to the option to correct it, Can't right click to try to maximise, only the x and the mininimise options in the top of the screen. Didn't have a setup item in the local directory so when I uninstalled it I lost it altogether, So I will have to download it again. A bit impatient, any clues on a better fix would help,

I can't post the necessary information in reply. The forum won't let me for some reason. You've got a file named GamerProfile (can't enter the extension or location of the file, but check your fc2 folder or your My Documents folder).

Edit the line that says Maximized. Change it from 0 to 1.

Load game and change from dx9 to dx10.

now quit game.

No load game again and set resolution.
Or you could just try Alt+Enter.

It does indeed work perfectly with Far Cry 2, it's the same for Assassin's Creed. It's incredible how many people don't seem to know that combo these days.
