Got to house was told to go back across river to little warehouse got there and nothing. No new instructions or detonation pack. I've gone back to the house searched around, killed more bad guys and still don't know what to do at warehouse or where I should be headed. Also, is there a good save program to use with Far Cry?

Assuming that you didn't find anything interesting inside the warehouse, the only way to go is onwards. Keep following the river through the foliage until you start finding some more buildings; your objective is there.
