This is a stand-alone from the FCAM collection. It is based off the FCAM 1.4 and has many fixes and minor additions to it. It is the patch that the 1.4 should have been, fixing and optimising FarCry!

Far Cry 64 bit Textures Pack for 32 bit
This is a nice little installer that will convert the 64 bit to 32 bit for those of us that have not changed our systems yet. There are new areas and a lot of new textures and the stones have bumbmapping now! The fps drop is normal, because of the new content.
NOTE: There could be problems with multiplayer and punkbuster, because there are 2 new files in the FCDtata directory now!

Far Cry AMD 64-bit Upgrade
For all of you that has a 64 bit OS.
The free AMD64 upgrade supports both single- and multi-player modes. With it, you can now enjoy Far Cry with additional content, higher frame rates, enhanced textures, longer view distances, and more objects with real-time physics.

Far Cry 2 for Far Cry
There is no mission associated with this jungle download, it is a great place to spend some time checking out the (still) awesome capabilities of this old engine! Don't fret though, as there are some scattered baddies placed throughout, along with some weapons...add in some imagination, and you have yourself a fun place to be, even with the absence of any objectives.

Weaken Mutants
The first file weakens their melee attacks and health drastically, which allows you to dispatch them quickly and deal with the -fun- enemies, the mercs. The second file is for those of you who also got irritated by the crappy battery in the CryVision goggles. I threw a little extra body armor protection in there as well. Hell, if you're cheating, you're cheating.

Matto 4

That is the mod the unofficial patch 1.41 you referenced comes from. There is a 1.43 unofficial patch available now. :)

Which one in particular are you having trouble with? Most have README files included which tell you where to drop the files while others may have installers.

On the ones I've tried it says add -devmode to your farcry shortcut but I can't figure out how to do this when I try to put it on the end in the properties menu thing it says the target box is not valid.
